Corporate insolvency in Australia is regulated by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ("the Act"). The different types of insolvency administrations available to corporate debtors under the Act are:

1. Voluntary Administration
2. Deed of Company Arrangement
3. Receivership
4. Members' Voluntary Liquidation
5. Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation
6. Provisional Liquidation
7. Official Liquidation
